Rice wasnt cooked all the way and I didnt get any queso blanco and the carnitas was salty and I got very little sour cream honestly it was bad

it was very tasty, however I paid for extra chicken and it barely had one serving in it. in the past I would have asked for a replacement but I was too hungry.

whenever I order a burrito bowl it always comes ripping and wet in the bag because the fajita vegetables must have a lot of sauce or something. But it's always a mess

Disappointing. This place used to be so on the mark, and it's just not anymore. I ordered two orders of chips so at least one of the orders might not be stale. No luck. Both orders are stale. I guess I could drink my queso and salsa, but I detest drinking my calories. And I ordered a simple burrito bowl: rice, beans, carnitas, cheese, and sour cream. I dug through it, and ... no carnitas. Please Chipotle, we really want you to be great again.
