They always under cook the rice and thenpack the burrito with 70% rice. The proportions at this location are inconsistent always. It has to be poor training. Or management intentionally under serves themain ingredients. Regardless, thequality at this location is always poor.

This bowl is supposed to be made like a salad but they barely added any salad mix and fajita vegetables are not cooked. This is by far the worst Chipotle location. I have never had a great experience at the Hendersonville location. They need to do better.

If I paid almost $15 for a Honey Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl from Chipotle, shouldn't one expect to have a decent amount of the main protein requested? That did not happen with this meal I received this afternoon when I went to the restaurant to pick it up myself. What makes it even worse about this whole experience is that I paid extra for the Honey Chipotle chicken instead of the regular chicken, and I probably got about 4 little chunks of meat. To me, that's theft! They sure made sure to pile the rice and beans on heavy though. SMH Chipotle does this EVERY TIME someone orders online (whether it be mobile ordering or another 3rd party service.) But if I were standing right in front of them watching, they would have made it right with no hesitation. Chipotle employees should treat both kinds of orders the same way, whether one is watching or not. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Please do better!!!!

Well, ive been wanting to try Chipotle for years now. Just never have. Until tonight. Stale chips with no salsa. A "bowl" that is mostly guacamole. It was all cold. That is not the dashers fault. She got the food here extremely fast. Honestly, the taste is trash. Moe's is waaaaay better. Also, I have dash pass and these two, well one and a half, items were almost $30. Ridiculous and I'll never be eating there again.

Burrito was good. Disappointed that there was barely any chips and my guac was not close properly and spilled in the bag as I grabbed my burrito.
