burrito is always way too small, like half the normal size, when you order online/thru app compared to when ordering in person. chips are way old and stale and so is the queso where it tastes and feels grainy and burnt

Ordered burrito bowls and they were sooo stingy with it. One of them only came with meat and cheese... I paid the full price for a burrito bowl (rice, beans, meat, veggies, sour cream etc) and just got a scoop of meat w a sprinkle of cheese. The chips were stale and the guacamole was salty.

The burritos were extremely small. There was hardly any meat in them. For being 15 dollars they should not be barely bigger than 3 dollar Taco Bell burritos. So disappointing!

Ordered the Burrito Bowl. The food is good but expensive and nothing come with the Burrito Bowl. The bowl should include a Tortilla on the Side or Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa on the side. Bowl was not full. Needs more meat, cheese, salsa and rice. Tortilla and/or chips and salsa should be included in the order. Expensive for just a bowl and no sides included.

Ordered the Burrito Bowl, it was good but not enough salsa on the bowl. Ordered the Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa and the chips and salsa were half the bag and half the cup. Overall the food is good but expensive, especially when they done give full portions of the items.
