Burrito, brown rice is either uncooked or old; it's way dried and harden. Salad Burrito Bowl, more than 3/4 of the bowl were tomatoes salsa and fajitas. Barely any lettuce, it's supposed to be a salad bowl for a reason.

I ordered a chicken bowl and they barely put any chicken in it. It literally had like 6 small pieces of chicken, and I’m a frequent customer, so I know how much protein it’s supposed to have

Laughable. Ordered steak bowl online and received a scoop of steak with chips. Absolutely nothing but several chunks of meat. Walked into the store and spoke with the manager who admitted she made the "bowl." No apology, no empathy and blamed me for not being more specific even though i ordered the same thing the night before. No resolution. This will go down as the "worst" customer experience in my life.

my steak bowl was supposed to be double meat and it looks like it didn't even have a whole scoop of meat. $21 for barley a whole bowl is crazy
