Normally my food is prepared fine, that's why I ordered from this location. This time, however, it was actually really bad. :(
There was barely any rice, and and what was there was very overcooked. Bean amount was fine, but there were more beans than everything else. Normal amount of fajitas. Almost no lettuce. There was probably only 6 small slices of lettuce. The whole amount didnt even reach the top of the bowl.
All of my chips were broken, and it was less than what is normally offered. It normally fills the aluminum lid, but it only filled it halfway.
It makes me sad, because this location is actually really good with their portion size. Sure its never packed like some expect it, but its pretty average compared to other locations. Its like this time they took the normal portioned amount and cut it in half.
Since there was so little it also got to me cold, even though my driver took the normal amount of time every driver takes (across all delivery platforms).
I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was ridiculous. :(

half the bowl was full. ordered double steak and received normal portion of steak even though it was $8 more. All the cheese was melted. Very under whelming for a $25 bowl.

Love the burritos but sides are very small so that was disappointing. You don't get enough for the price.

Rice wasn't mixed well everything was cooked wrong like the chicken taste old and stale nothing taste fresh

The bowl that was supposed to have guacamole had a tiny bit of it in it nd I paid $3 extra for that little amount isn't fair to people
