half full Burrito Bowl forgot items in both the bowls i ordered. stale rice. very disappointed barely got me full. for 33$.

The burrito bowl has the smallest portions i have ever seen.
The multiple other chipotles around the area actually fill the bowl. Half of my bowl was lettuce, and the double chicken was more like half of a single serving.
The convenience of this location is nice but they gotta sort this out.

ordered a burrito with extra chicken for the first time thinking the chicken would be added to the original quantity of food as it is $5 extra. unfortunately the burrito was just filled with chicken and much less of everything else.

I ordered the bowl with extra chicken (and paid $5 for it!) and it was mostly rice. The side order of chips also tasted stale and there werent many in the bag.

I had a $20 Burrito going for steak with extra steak. This thing is tiny. I would argue barely any steak to calnit a regular portion. For the second time in a row they also forgot the second order of Chips & Queso Blanco. I know they opened a few months ago but I picked up the order and it isnt a busy location at all!
