I got two burrito bowls and chips and queso. The chips were too salty to eat. I got more sour cream in my meal than anything. I maybe got a small scoop of steak that I paid almost four extra dollars for. I should of just got Rey azteca. That's what I get for giving this chipotle a chance again.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered a burrito through DoorDash, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish.
First, the food arrived ice cold to the touch—not even lukewarm, just freezing. When I opened it up, I discovered they completely left out the white rice base, turning the entire burrito into a soggy, disintegrated, inedible mess inside the tortilla. To top it off, the side of chips we received was completely stale.
The absolute worst part? The kitchen knew they were ruining the meal before they even sent it out. They attached a handwritten note on the back of the receipt casually admitting they were entirely out of both rice and guacamole (which I was fully charged for). Instead of canceling the order or contacting me to substitute, they chose to pocket the money and knowingly deliver a ruined, freezing, incomplete order.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service and quality control. Avoid this location.

once again I have to come on here and say that this specific Chipotle is absolutely disgusting. chicken is extremely burnt, food is poorly packed and messy, chips are always stale. I'll no longer be ordering from this location. I have given them too many chances already. save your money.

after waiting almost 2 hrs for my delivery the 10$ chips and queso is basically and hand full of chips. not a good start for this new store. i can only image how bad the service will be once they get used to working there.
