I typically love this location. But today they were seriously understaffed and were super tied up. I had to wait for 35 mins at the store AFTER the delivery time.
Veggie bowl was missing guacamole
1 of the 2 chicken bowls had chicken missing!
Disappointing experience this time.
Saving grace was the generous quantity of rice and Adobo ranch which had good flavour to it

I like the food at Chipotle but there have been one too many times at this location of disappointment. I decided to take another chance and was not happy this time either. We ordered half barbacoa and half chicken and there was minimal of both, the fajitas were a bit wilty (overcooked) and the chicken was burnt I thought the food was supposed to be tasted before serving it to the public.

Smallest Burrito ever received and paid $15 for it! No brown rice & skimpy on white rice. Unable to eat dairy; so I only get meat, rice and lettuce. Doesn't mean it can't be the

The chicken in my husbands burrito was old, burnt and dry. I was supposed to have steak in my salad and they gave me the same disgusting chicken. The quality at this chipotle is really bad. We wont be ordering from here again.

OFFICIAL BRIEFING ON THE CHICKEN AL PASTOR BURRITO FROM CHIPOTLE: Not enough sour cream to balance the nice spice of the chicken al pastor and my other chosen ingredients. Weighs and throws like a two meal leftovers football, however so can the competition over there at Sheetz. Delicious overall. I passed on the guacamole thinking that that was the contamination e coli issue, however that investigation is still ongoing and currently categorized as a mystery. Statue to Kyrie, Chipotle, Akiree, and the burrito!
