The meat tasted frozen. The cheese was clumpy and thick and would not melt and they only gave a handful of chips instead of filling it up like usual. The customer service was great though. The young lady who gave me my food had a friendly professional demeanor.

The rice is HARD and they did not add fajita vegetables that I ordered. How do you eat this bowl with so much rice and the rice is undercooked? As much as this food cost they need to ensure that it is right. The steak is also chewy.

This location is very hit or miss. yesterday I tried the carne asada Burrito Bowl and it was so fantastic that I ordered it for lunch again today. The one I got today had old, dry, nasty meat, I ordered extra and got barely any. It was completely inedible. I contacted doordash and ordered the same thing again, the carne asada was a little bit more fresh but there was barely any rice and all of the toppings were so cold it made everything else cold.

The food here is amazing taste super fresh. I love chipotle so much all of their food taste like it was made with love and they give you a nice amount. I'm definitely going to be pressing re-order on this soon to come.
