Ive ordered Chipotle many times while living in Loveland. I recently moved to Longmont and the first Burrito Bowl I ordered with chicken was picture perfect and loaded. I havent had a Chipotle experience this good in a while!

Kids meal was disgustingly dry, chicken was not cut properly and was full of cartilage/gristle and no seasoning. Rice was dry, and chips were TERRIBLY stale. Definitely old. Tossed the meal, along with all of the chips in the entire order. Extremely disappointed with the low quality and inconsistency. Portions were tiny and sloppy condiments all around.

My burrito bowl was made just as I had ordered and everything tasted fresh and delicious! The guac was perfection and the chips were fresh and crunchy!

Gave only HALF a small container of red tomatillo per order of chips and salsa when we paid more than $3 for each. Since they already skimp on chips, we essentially got what should be 2/3 of a normal sized chips and salsa when there were supposed to be two full orders.
