I ordered a Burrito for 20$. First they said they didnt get it, so i waited 2+ hrs for it. To then getting this burrito the size of my hand, with just rice. I ordered crnitas , cheese, etc. This is sad.

if i could give 0stars i would. this is the worst chipotle i have ever eaten from. my rice wasn't cooked, and they cut my portion in 1/4. the smallest Burrito . go to the Eatontown location it is 1000% better.

Food is terrible. I ordered guacmole with my quesadilla and I did not get it. I ordered a chicken burrito and it was so bland. I ordered guacomole on my burrito and they only gave me one tiny scoop. It was so dry. Chipolte is disgusting.

The chips were missing. The lettuce was missing from the one bowl. The red salsa and the fajita veggies were missing from the other bowl. The first bowl tasted horrible and the steak was rubbery. The second bowl was also disgusting and the lettuce was all brown. Everything was ice cold.

Guacamole was brown all the way through the bowl was only half filled and definitely not fresh. The chips were bland no salt.
