The bowl was all mushy rice, I paid extra for guac and there was barely any on it, and the chicken was burnt.

Salad was ON POINT! Perfect quantity of toppings and chicken was pretty hot. Ordered Extra Chicken and actually got what I paid for. So many times, I pay for extra and I'm never really sure I get it. Great job, Team Chipotle!

Guacamole tasted like only onion was put in, chips were stale and little taco only had 4 pieces of chicken with hard rice in it. Will not door dash chipotle again.

Horrible customer service at this location . I paid for extra and didnt even get the portion of one scoop . The steak was chewy / not edible . DO NOT order from this chipotle Unless you looking to be upset . I called in and the chipotle lady over the phone hung up on me .
