I have tried a few chipotle hoping to find the right consistent one but unfortunately not. I have to admit this location gives well deserved portions, but the consistency is off. Today I received not one but two big bay leaves in my food. Something that should be removed, I or my child could have chocked. The rice was not fully cooked, there were some soft rice mixed in with crunchy hard rice. Very difficult to eat. The corn was a lot which I appreciate but under seasoned and didn't look like it was mixed into a salsa but instead looked like a can of corn was tossed in my bowl, no flavor in the tomatoes as well. Don't know what happened today and I will order again in hopes of better quality of service and not a repeat.

This place will never get your order right. At this point it feels like they do it on purpose. The quality is almost always terrible as well. The chips are never not stale, the guac is brown, and the chicken is questionable. Absolutely not worth $30+ for a bowl after delivery tax and tip.

I typically love chipotle, but the steak was not right, like just straight didn't even taste like it was steak, defs was over salted and I'm pretty sure it wasn't actually steak. Also, the rice was definitely undercooked. Pretty crunchy. Not very pleased with this order today, unfortunately.

The steak burrito bowl was good. Nice sized portion and real flavorful. However, the steak itself was real salty. Too salty.
