Inconsistent is the keyword. I ordered the Balanced Macros Bowl and Chips & Queso Blanco last week and again today. Last week's order was perfect. It was the right amount of food, good quality, and seasoned. Today the quantity was the same but the ingredients were different. Way too much red pepper and romaine. There was no flavor and the temperature was barely warm. The queso was only half-full, cold, and had a powdery consistency. $6.05 for chips and half-full Chips & Queso Blanco container is criminal. 2 stars bc last week's order was perfect. Just wish I got the same thing every time.

Quesadilla
The chicken was slightly burnt and poorly constructed.
Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco
1 in 10 chips were super over salted and for a large the bag wasn't even filled.
I'm getting Qdoba next time

Spent $40+ on 2 burritos, spent extra to get w/ half steak & chicken but was stunned by the size. I opened it up to find like 3 pieces of steak & maybe < 2oz chicken. Super small burrito harldy any meat or rice, rediculous portioning for the price mostly tortilla, honestly very disappointed.

We paid $80 total for this meal and the size of each item we got was not worth it. The Quesadilla was mostly tortilla with little cheese and chicken. We are very disappointed and will stick with Qdoba from now on.

You pay nearly 40 dollars and get three soft tacos with three pieces of steak on them and a quesadilla unrecognizable as one. It was an inch of burnt and folded tortilla shell with what a appeared to be a teaspoon of steak in the smallest area of the edge is what was two triangles supposed to be a quesadilla. Absolutely awful quality and too much money dropped for this
