No napkins, no fork for my bowel, my bowel had about 4 pieces of steak in it and it was about half filled, and Chips & Guacamole was brown and chips were stale. This store is hit or miss on quality. Starting to think about not ordering from here again. Getting more misses than hits.

My Burrito was not only barely seasoned, but it was almost entirely rice. It was especially lacking in cheese and sour cream, but there wasn't much steak either. For paying an upcharge for a steak Burrito this was very disappointing. I shouldn't have open my Burrito and add my own seasonings, cheese and sour cream to make it palatable.

this was the most poorly constructed burrito ive ever had in my life. the portion size was good but was impossible to eat without dumping it into a bowl and eating it with a fork and spoon. thanks for the amount of filling but again the structure was terrible

I got a chicken Burrito Bowl and Large Chips w a Large Guac. Came well-packaged, I got everything I ordered, and it tastes great! Would order again, love Chipotle downnnn!
