The Barbacoa beef was way too fatty and what was there was close to nonexistent. They used rice as their filler and way too much of it. Not sure what's going on either chipotle but recently they going downhill.

Can you go back to the old days where you trimmed the fat off the steak before chopping it up? For almost $20 for bowl, a scoop would be nice. I dont order a few pieces of fat bowl...it's suppused to be a steak bowl.

Fresh vegetables. I love the slight crunch you get letting you know the veggies are fresh. The steak is cooked to perfection. Top it off with guacamole and sour cream. Awesome!
