I have the burrito bowl often, it's usually good. This time the rice tasted old, it was in clumps, like it was scraped from the bottom of the pot;-and the chicken was so hard that it was extra effort to chew. Tasted awful.

Like most restaurants, the amount of food has gotten significantly less, but the cost of food more expensive. I ordered a burrito bowl, but it was half the amount I typically receive. Otherwise, the food tasted good.

Just recieved my order and I'm disappointed with the portions given. My bowl is literally half full and I even didn't get a full scoop of meat, and i see only a couple of beans the whole bowl. Honestly every time I order online from chipotle it's such a bad experience with the portioning of the food in my bowl. But in person it's different like it takes no extra effort to provide proper portions. We all pay the same for our food, the least we all ask is for proper portions in or bowls especially when ordering online.
