Awful. Didn't even put the right order in the bag so I had to redeliver. When my actual order came, one bowl wasn't even half full, the other had thick chewy steak all strung together, and the burrito wasn't even wrapped correctly so it all fell apart. Probably the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Save yourself and go to the Chipotle at Bridgepoint 10 mins away, never had a problem there.

The burrito itself was great. Got guac and extra chicken. But for a 20 dollar burrito, it was tiny. VERY disappointed in this, especially since if you were to go into a chipotle yourself they would give you a normally sized burrito.

6 pieces of steak for a bowl is ridiculous.
The customer service is also poor. No one greets you for your pick up order. Your order sits behind the counter while you stand there for 15 minutes. I had to just grab my order from behind the counter and go.

The tortilla literally tasted like gum. So chewy i couldnt even eat it and multiple pieces of chicken were so chewy and others were partially raw

I ordered a Burrito, and when it came, it was tiny. Paying $15 for a burrito that was 5 bites is ridiculous.
