My Burrito Bowl was very hefty and worth it! The only thing missing was the vinaigrette. I really wish there was an option to add it without ordering a salad. Overall my sofritas burrito bowl was a 10/10

The burrito bowl was good but the chips and guacamole weren't as good. The guacamole isn't fresh it's a day over and it wasn't seasoned right the KL or SL didn't check the quality and just left it as is which for chipotle guidelines it should be taste before serving making sure good quality and freshness is to chipotle standards and to add on the avocado wasn't mashed enough a few too many big chucks. Also the chips aren't fully fried they took it out early and wasn't even salted or limed once again kl or SL didn't check for flavor or quality.

I was not happy with the quality of my food. There was very little chicken, and it was all rice in a bowl. I did not see cheese or taste the cheese

the rice was hard and not cooked. the bowl was not full, and they only provided a small corner of chicken. the worst I ever had from them this far.

Chicken was extremely chewy and rubbery. Chips were extremely stale and you forgot to give us the adobo ranch. Overall horrible
