the portion size is terrible for what you pay for. barely any chicken in the tacos for $14+. same story for the chicken burrito bowl. the bag was so soaked that it tore while the delivery guy was handing it to me. won't be getting food here again.

The chips were undercooked and I had a big chunk stuck together and was inedible but also overcooked chips as well which is strange. the meat was not good and had very bad pieces, barely ate any of it. Not happy with the quality.

The hard taco shells weren't crunchy at all because wet ingredients were all stuffed into and overflowing the tacos (instead of putting them on the side to add, which would be a better standard for Chipotle to have). Even if I had ordered soft flour tortillas they still would have been soggy tacos. AND the rice was put put first into the taco, which was weird. The meat should always be the first ingredient put in the taco when meat is ordered, but the steak we ordered was falling out of the top of the tacos. I usually get the build-your-own kids meal and that's great, especially for take-home/delivery and, in any case, most people like to put taco toppings on the base (usually meat base) so they can get the ratio of toppings they prefer. It's unlikely I'll order anything again for delivery unless it's a build-your-own menu item with all ingredients packed separately.

Burrito bowls were both barley filled and came ice cold. Poor quality in the produce used and over powered by tomato salsa and only 4 pieces of steak in the bowls

They didn't follow instructions ! Over charged for beans and quacamole and portions were half the size they normally are
