I paid an additional fee for extra chicken and there was barely a 'regular' scoop in my salad. A little disappointed but kind of expected it based off how little the scoops of meat have been lately. Besides the size portion, the taste was great!

Ordered a burrito not tostada. Tortilla was supper crispy and cold. Ordered with extra rice and extra chicken which they charged extra and barley had one portion of both. Asked for extra sauce and got extra sour cream. Its always an issue when ordering online.

First time ordering Chipotle. The vegetables along with other condiments are fine. Selected steak (paid extra) which there is barely any meat. Don't charge additional cost if you're not going to provide it.

there was hardly any rice and the sofrito was dry. there also wasn't much cheese.

They have portion control issues. My bowl had hardly any meat and the xtra chicken bowl was not extra chicken it was extra beans. The chips were burnt and were not edible.
