A lot of recent reviews were negative so I was a bit nervous. I ordered 2 bowls and a burrito, all with some add ons, plus chips and queso and an extra bag of chips. Our order came out perfect. All the add ons were there, plus the extras. The portion was great on all our items, but a family member did mention that they felt there wasn't as much chicken as you would get in store, but otherwise was good. I will say that chipotle (and food in general) is just getting really expensive. Between the up charged menu items from being on DD, plus all the extra fees for delivery, it was about $100 for a slightly elevated fast food meal for 3 people. 2 of us were able to stretch that into meals for the next day, which made me feel a bit better. Thank goodness for gift cards!

Ordered a chicken burrito online for pick up and it had to have less than half a normal serving of chicken. I mean seriously... maybe like 5 pieces of chicken at most. Never had this happen at any chipotle. Tbh i feel ripped off

This is consistently the worst Chipotle ive ever ordered from. Ive given them 4 different shots over the last 6 months, and every time it's a let down... The bowls are thoughtlessly put together - for example i ordered black beans - literally had about 10 beans in there... c'mon now... Also, the ingredients are never fresh, unlike at other Chipotles I've eaten at. Guacamole is brown half the time. Just an overall sub-par experience every time. Either management is oblivious or they just dont care - regardless, we wont be ordering from this Chipotle again.

I ordered a steak bowl, no rice, black beans, veg, sc, cheese. 60% of my bowl was giant onion pieces. I got about 10 pcs of steak. For $23, I expected more.

Quarter of bowl empty. I move to the side and barely any meat. For $15 plus this is simply horrible
