Always a solid experience here. The food is fresh, good quality, and consistent every time. Burrito bowls are always packed well and taste great. Definitely a reliable go-to spot.

My Burrito Bowl was amazing! The amount of food was impressive. They must treat their door dash customers with special care! Everything was delicious and perfect. This is only the second time I have ordered from door dash and I will definitely be coming back!

I asked for chicken with half steak with rice and lettuce and somehow I got more steak then the actual chicken which is absolutely mind boggling. Plus the liltte bit of chicken I actually got was squishy. Never again am I getting chipotle spot and even maybe in general.

not enough portion, my Burrito Bowl was half full. Also, food was cold because the toppings were and the meat was warm.

Left a negative review once when the Northbrook location starting significantly reducing the amount of meat in the burritos and raising prices. Now I have been blackballed from ordering from there. I wasn't rude about it, I just wanted to be fair, if one leaves good reviews and if a location deserves a bad one it should be made public.
