My order from Chipotle was perfect! I got a chicken burrito and chips with queso, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and arrived quickly. The burrito was packed with tender chicken, just the right amount of spice, and all the toppings were well-balanced. The chips were crispy and the queso was warm and creamy. Definitely hit the spot. Great portion sizes too. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Always something wrong with my order when I order pick up. This time they left rice off of my order salad was a soggy mess, that resembled vomit and the beans are dry. I got half a bag of air with my chips, and half filled cups for the guacamole and queso alrhough there is an almost $3 up charge.

Didn't give me my taco I ordered, got some weird vegetarian dish instead. The queso is disgusting, barely got any chips for it and the chips were stale. Barely got any steak in my whole30 bowl, it was tasteless and cold. They didn't cut it up. The Cary location is so much better they actually know what they're doing.

The food tastes great as expected. However, I could count the number of lettuce pieces in my Salad. I do pick up at this location more frequently than I do delivery, so I know that I was cheated out of the appropriate portion. I hope the practice is not to short change delivery customers especially after charging more for the entree on delivery apps.

They sent the completely wrong drinks with my order and the Burrito had hardly any actual meat on it. Mostly just rice, beans and lettuce. The Chips & Queso Blanco was the smallest portions I have ever received. For the price, this was one of the worst I've ever gotten. Will not order from here again.
