Ordered 1x Burrito Bowl with Steak and it only came with 4 pieces of Steak and very little toppings. Mostly rice.
Ordered 1x Burrito Bowl with Sour Cream and I would say 25-50% of the bowl was sour cream.
The bowl tops were also not fastened properly causing some leakage from liquids. Can confirm the plastic bag was properly closed so I don't believe the driver had any involvement.

Chicken was mad salty and they barely put any sour cream or cheese which made it lowkey dry. L bowl overall. I would not order from here again tbh.

Some of the rice was uncooked and hard. The red tomato salsa was old and had no flavor at all. Lettuce was beyond old some of it was discolored. Good amount of meat and rice just very unsatisfied with my order

Bowls were dented and looks like staff didn't fill correct portions. Also didn't use fresh guacamole because it's turning brown.

Dasher didn't follow instructions. I ask that they call or text when they arrive. Instead, he just left the food there. Glad I check the app for updates. Food also arrived cold. I got a steak Burrito Bowl which had barely any meat or fajitas on it. For the prices they charge now a days they can do better.
