All the chicken was burnt. Every time I order from there, they never give me my side a Queso. And the rice was still hard. I'll never order food from that restaurant again.

I ordered chicken and paid extra for steak. My bowl had steak and only a few piece of chicken. It is lacking the actual serving paid for and is unacceptable for a $20 bowl

I ordered a steak Quesadilla. Ive ordered them multiple times from different chipotles, never had a problem. The one I got from this chipotle was smaller than normal, closer to a kids size than the adult one. And they overfilled the sour cream, it leaked from the sides of the container and got all over. The Quesadilla still tasted okay, just very disappointed with the size.

I have tried to give this location the benefit of doubt many times over. However, due to the poor quality of portions and making my orders as I asked it to be when ordering and multiple times the food taste just being off I can no longer do so. I see I am not the only customer to complain many others have to. This chiptole is terribly slacking compared to the others I have gone to and ordered from.

my Burrito Bowl was extremely skimpy very little toppings but bowl completely full of rice and tons of black beans with a disgusting amount of juice from the beans
