Tortilla wasn't fresh/ tortilla chips were stale/ bowls were super small. It's almost as if they didn't care because I wasn't there see it all prepared...

The packaging for the chips was not closed so that anything in transit could easily contaminate the food. I ordered the chicken quesadillas with tomatillo verde salsa and received corn. The tomato's in the Fresh Tomato Salsa were not ripe or red and lacked cilantro and flavor. I never had any issues when the food was prepared at the Glenwood Ave location but the Edwards Mill Road location consistently disappoints.

They never put enough ingredients in your bowl please fix this chipotle it is getting out of hand. I would recommend going to moes if you want actual value

Queso was chunky and almost a block and the chicken was so hard. I had to pull it out out of my teeth, cause I thought it was somehow a bone.
