The Burrito Bowl was fresh and very generously proportioned. Thank you Chipotle!!! Made my dinner a tasty treat. Was worth the money. I will be back.

I do not know what is going on with Chipotle, but this was not a great experience. I got a steak Burrito Bowl. more than half of the steak was fatty or grisly. the cilantro was bad, and I had to spend more than half of my lunch hour picking it out. it was brown and slimy. there were some fresh leaves in the bowl as well, but the majority was gross. I love sour cream, but I do not generally like to have my bowl swimming in sour cream. I also, did not get the queso I paid for. on top of all this, when the driver got there to pick my order up, they didn't even have it. the driver had to call door dash to prove an order was placed. this was my 3rd try in a row with Chipotle, and each has gotten steadily worse. the first few times I had it, it was amazing. guess Ill pay extra to go to Pancheros from now on.

Chipotle charges extra for queso which I paid for but didn't receive. Nor did I get the sour cream requested. last order was missing chips that they charged for and sour cream. 😕 my guess is they were out at their station and it was close to closing time, so they just didn't put it on the order. I understand being tired or lazy when it's closing time, but don't charge me for it.

The food was just OK. The tortilla was chewy and good, but the bowl with bean had just a bare sprinkling, and both bowls were lacking a bit in the protein portions.
The drinks were great, but it would have been nice for them tohave been put in a separate bag, not on top of the hot food.

I ordered both of the burritos with guacamole, sour cream & lettuce. Only one of it had sour cream, the guacamole and lettuce were totally missing. The taste was too spicy and not my type. But that's not the problem. The burritos were fresh, juicy and one enough for one person. I wouldn't order it again and really don't like it if ingredients are missing
