i ordered a burrito and paid EXTRA for steak in total 24$ for just a burrito and the meat was stale and hard so i'm confident it was old, on top of that the entire burrito was filled with more beans than ANYTHING else, so disappointed

The chips and cheese dip were unsatisfactory. The chips were stale and the cheese was small considering it costs $6.

Our Burrito Bowl was skimpy. We paid over ten bucks for it plus the extra cost for guacamole and it wasn't worth it. The bowl was half full. You could literally see the bottom of the bowl around the edges

I've been ordering for chipotle for a while. I also always get the same thing every time..but when I tell you that this is the most BEAUTIFUL burrito bowl I have EVER seen. Usually other locations just put all the ingredients in the middle of the bowl and I'm stuck with trying to split it all up equally so I can get the same amount of goodness when I eat (since I usually eat half then save the other half for later.) but this chipotle is different. Everything was spread out perfectly. The Guac (which is usually just clumped in the center or on one side) was PERFECTLY SPREAD OUT. The lettuce and sour cream were also perfectly spread out, almost like a form of art... Thank you chipotle. I love you.

Ordered a salad, received over kill of guacamole and sourcream chewy meat, a small handful of lettuce and very little rice, no beans....this is the second order from door dash that has been unsatisfactory...wont order again
