The burrito bowl was good but barely filled for the price of almost $20. I've ordered this before and was satisfied with the amount, but notice it is not consistant. I didn't get my money's worth today.

My rice was not cooked completely. Normally, it's really really good and today it just wasn't and it was mostly because of the rice. I also asked for extra meat and I did not get extra meat. I got the bare minimum of meat.

What happened to the Chips & Guacamole today? You always have the best guacamole, but it was not good at all today. I had very large chunks of cilantro and the avocado tasted off. It was very unusual. Please fix this issue.

Both burritos were delicious. My husband always gets the burrito with an extra tortilla. Usually they wrap the burrito in two tinfoils if one is too small but they didn't this time so it did not stay warm. The portions are excellent though but the double wrap wasn't well done.
