I order a smoked brisket burrito with no beans, white rice, roasted chili corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa and sour cream. The smoked brisket was an extra $5, total cost of burrito was $16.55. Uponcutting the burrito in half, I see there's lityle to no smoked brisket. What a rip off! Chipotle, this is not good service and I'm very disappointed with this burrito.

The taco had only a couple of bites of chicken and was burnt. Size of fillings was about how Taco Bell fills theirs. Chips were too salty! I had such a great meal from the Clermont location. I wanted more but was left still wanting more!!!

I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and when my bowl arrived, all it had was chicken for 11.25. Absolutely nothing else not even a grain of rice. Maybe someone could have cared enough to ask if this was correct for that price . Oh and the chicken is dry and burnt.

We have ordered here a few times and something is always missing. I've ordered the veggie bowl more than once and either the Guac, queso, or fajita veggies are missing from the bowl. A side of chips is over two dollars and our last order we got a handful of broken up chips and the lime salt if any were on the chips was undetectable.

Now I don't know who all was working on this blessed Wednesday 6/5/24, but every last one of yall have a spot in heaven! From whoever prepped, the veggies, Guac, etc was fresh! to who ever cooked, my carnitas were hot and juicy, and whoever packed my Burrito Bowl yall cut no corners. I dont care what TikTok says about you (Keith Lee dont be knowing what he be talking about sometimes), yall are alright with me!!!
