The last two times I ordered from this Chipotle, I received the skimpiest burrito I've ever seen. Barely anything on it. I'm sorry, but paying $20 for a tortilla and a couple bites of steak isn't worth it.

I recently ordered delivery from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. I ordered "Burrito bowl with chicken". Firstly, the food arrived cold, which completely ruined the meal.
Secondly, the dish was incredibly spicy, and there was no warning about the level of heat anywhere on the menu or website. This made it almost inedible for someone who isn't used to such spiciness.
Additionally, I specifically ordered a double portion of chicken but received a regular portion instead. This is unacceptable, especially considering the extra cost for the double portion.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for delivery. They clearly need to improve their service and communication.

My son said his burrito was good, but he is 13. My bowl was soggy, swimming in sour cream and had a whoe five pieces of steak in it. l also got queso and it was literally watered down. It was totally liquified. The chips were hard as a rock and stale. Worst food I have ever had from chipotle.

The burrito bowl barely had any chicken. I was so hungry the second I checked it had 3 small pieces of chicken. Very disappointing I paid $15 for that.

I can tell from past exp the food came off the mobile order line from significantly older food than the main line because it was just stale rice and not kidding 5 pieces of steak .. normally good times here but this one was a big miss .
