Didn't give me any fajitas pepper, the guacamole was barely a scoop, tons of rice, and not many beans... the meat was very over cook and dry... just not a good bowl, especially when you have to pay so much for it...

Always inconsistent with quality & quantity when ordering DD. The quesadilla was a smashed up mess resembling a small burrito and not a quesadilla. Barely any steak. And the corn was still frozen. Definitely not worth the $$ I paid. Will be opting not to order from chipotle unless it's in person this has been an ongoing problem

Paid $35 for a Burrito and a Burrito Bowl and what we received wasnt even Taco Bell portions! Very disappointed in this purchase! The bowl was portioned like it was already 1/2 eaten, very little rice or steak. The Burrito was the size of a Burrito from Taco Bell. Chipotle S Limestone in Springfield Ohio, do better!!

The food was still tasty, but while I would have always given Chipotle a 5* rating in the past I was very disappointed to find the burrito was nearly half the size of what it would have been in the past, even though the price has gone up, and the steak was obviously of inferior quality and taste, hard and dry. It was also very over-salted, which I might have considered a simple mistake, except that so was the side order of guacamole, in which the avocado was clearly under-ripe and the extreme amount of extra salt more obviously intentional in order to hide the taste. Very saddened.

Cheese Quesadilla was flat out gross and pathetically lacking in quality. 1 thin slice melted cheese, to 4 parts flour tortilla. Even the sour cream was nasty, since it was completely liquified. I only got the quesadilla because it was free for spending over $25. So complaining did me no good, they offered no refund or credit, thereby cheating me out of my perk. They did offer a $5 refund for the $8.50 One Taco, (I upgraded to brisket), that was overflowing with cheap fillers and hardly any meat, all in a very doughy tortilla. I had to spit it out! I won't be going back EVER.
