Rice in my Burrito was a tad dry or undercooked. Paid extra for steak but the steak was sparse. Also, my Burrito was not completely covered by foil, being exposed to germs. Another piece of foil, I think, should have been afforded for customer protection.

I paid a lot extra for double steak as I do often at Pleasant Hill Chipltolte and other locations. This Burrito is half the size I get there which is very poor value.. even without delivery fees and tip. I am disappointed and want to be compensated.

"Large" order of chips was tiny for what we paid (smaller quantity than I have gotten at Chipotle when I pay for a small order), no items were labeled and overall not great quality food...pretty disappointing.

Chips were not included with my order, the bag was sealed. Only a partial credit of $ 1.80 was offered.
Kid's Build Your Own the portion of meat was about half of what I normally receive. Also, the tortillas were dry and stuck together.

We got two kids Kid's Build Your Own tacos and one Quesadilla. The two with the tacos had barely any meat and cheese. The portions were terrible. I also added a picture of the chips they gave me, there are only 3 chips in there. The Quesadilla has no cheese in it and was missing the veggies. Do not order from this Chipotle.
