Flavor was good but arrived cold even though the dasher was fast... paid $5 for extra meat but barely got normal meat... the pictures are from me scraping around the top to show there was only meat in about 1/4 the bowl and that was a thin layer. Photo with arms shows after the meat was gone - still looks as full as it started. Definitely won't order here again.

the Three Tacos and the Chips & Queso Blanco are delicious! My order is consistently delivered correctly - Chipotle is reliably consistent. the Three Tacos and Chips & Queso Blanco are so addicting that I have to have them at least once per week!

The Three Tacos 🌮 were soggy, ruined the entire dish. They need to separate them with foil. The Quesadilla was undercooked, the cheese hadn't even melted. Total waste of money. Missing the guacamole 🥑 that I ordered. I will not order from them again. Very disappointing.

I had the burrito bowl, side of guacamole and Chips & Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa. First of all they forgot the chili corn salsa that I paid $3 for. Then when I go to eat it, everything just tasted old. The rice was hard, steak was extremely chewy, was not good at all. Everything tasted like it was made over 24 hrs ago

Everytime I order from this store I end up receiving half the portion size I would get vs if I actually went to the restaurant. I tried calling to speak with someone since the store obviously doesnt read their reviews, but I could never get through to anyone. It's a shame, because I love chipotle but I can't justify the price anymore for what you actually receive.
