Everything is PERFECT! Chicken bowl was a bit spicier than last time but still yummy. The queso cup is small but for me it's the perfect size, it was warm and the consistency is nice. Sometimes things like cheese can get kind of congeled while traveling but it held up well!

The burritos were both ridiculously and oddly disgusting. There was barely anything in my husband burrito, it literally looked like the size of a child's burrito. The ingredients were incorrect. The queso was so watered down and tasted like glue with pepper. Super unsatisfied

Queso had the consistency of pudding... not sure if it's always like that or if it was just a bad batch. It was also kind of..sour? Idk how to explain it. Limey maybe. Burrito bowl was good I just wish I knew the white rice had cilantro in it because I strongly dislike cilantro...It did not mention this anywhere when I was placing my order. The rest was good and they put a lot in the bowls!

Very small portion half of the bowls were only half full. Very stingy with ingredients which is sad considering you pay 15$ per Burrito Bowl. Definitely not worth it. When not in store I feel they do not put in same effort as mobile orders. Super disappointing.
