Whoever is working tonight is acting like ingredients are coming out of their paychecks. Chips are stale,cup of cheese is filled 1/3 of the way.

Burritos were very small. Neato Burrito's are bigger. The rice in the burrito bowls were undercooked and the amount of protein (chicken in one bowl and steak in the other) was skimpy. I also ordered fajita vegetable in my bowl but that was skimpy also. We've had products from this restaurant before that were filling and tasty but this latest trip was skimpy chewy and bland. Something has changed.

The burrito was half the normal size. Just because it was only rice, lettuce and cheese does not mean we didnt want the $12.00 worth of burrito.
Also, we did not get our 2 orders of chips and no one from the store contacts us to let us know of an issue.

The burritos are barely filled hardly any chicken in them whatsoever. They didn't put beans when I requested beans. I ordered a black tea they sent lemonade. The guacamole wasn't filled and completely black!!!

Ordered two burrito bowls one was perfect the other one was still good, only thing was the Barbacoa was not shredded just one big hunk of meat with abunch of fat on it for a 16 dollar bowl id expect for it to be shredded
