burrito bowl was very disappointing to pay $16 for a bowl that has maybe a half a spoon of rice in it and looks like it's just been thrown together or dumped upside down

I get chipolte about once a week. This was the best delivery portion + quality I have had from this location. My burrito was so filled it was overflowing ingredients were spread out. The only downside. They never fill the large Queso all the way up and about half my chips were ether chewy or way too cooked(burnt). The chewy ones were nasty. Couldent eat them. It was from not being in fryer long enough. Not from steam. This location had no lettuce ether. Overall. Price is high but food was amazing tonight!

I ordered two Burritos the burrito was filled as you can see from the picture. This location has been hit or miss in the past. My burrito was very good and igedemts were followed. I got a burrito with fajita veggies. The veggies were a bit crunchy. Not raw but defiantly crunchy. Still everything was very good and will order again soon. Good dinner

Chips were stale and very salty. Burritos had hardly any chicken. Was mostly rice. The burritos did not have the tapper resistant stickers that said which was which. No tapper resistant stickers on anything. Order from there all the time and this was the worst.

Chipotle just isn't what it used to be. With this location by the mall specifically. The burrito is small and thin. The bowls are barely half full. The amount of meat and cheese is less than what youd get from Taco Bell in a soft taco. You pay extra for guac and it is no longer a spoon full. It's like they use tablespoon sized measuring spoons for everything now. It still has great flavor. Just not what I would expect for the prices.
