Chips were stale. Not much flavor in burrito at all. And sizes of chips and cheese for the money was ridiculous... won't be ordering again.

Chips were stale and hard to chew. Burrito was massive and packed with amazing flavor. Nothing but praise for the Burrito. I would suggest fresh chips every day and not using old ones from previous day.

Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa came without chips. Salsa tasted nice and was fresh. The portion size of the Burrito Bowl seems to be lacking a bit, and a lot of it is large chunks of vegetables. Tasted okay. I wouldn't order from here again--if an ingredient is unavailable (chips) just remove them from the menu availability instead of charging me anyway

The burrito that I ate.... absolutely delicious. I've had burritos from this chipotle before and they've been... questionable. However, this one was magnificent. It was very full of everything I asked for. I honestly almost couldn't finish it. The flavor was amazing too. My coworker ate one of the burrito bowls across from me and it looked very fulfilling as well. Nicely done and thank you very much

I got the burrito bowl - what little lettuce I got was brown. The kids meal I got for my grandbaby was supposed to be chicken and it had peppers and onions in it. Very disappointed for it costing me $32
