There was literally no meat on my tacos and just a bunch of cheese. It was 45 minutes before they close so I'm guessing they didn't want to cook more and they're trying to stretch it out, but there was literally no meat on all my tacos. Paid extra for the upgraded meat and got the smallest amount

I ordered a salad and got one giant piece of uncut romaine. Very heavy rice and maybe 3 pieces of chicken. Instead of the vinaigrette that I ordered, I was given some other type of sauce which was too spicy for me. I would not order this again, it was disappointing.

The ratios were way off in this bowl. I've had this meal over 100 times. This time it had MAYBE 10 chunks of chicken. And I'm all for extra sour cream... normally find there to not be enough. This time, Chipotle served me a sour cream soup bowl.

Very little of any ingredient on the bowl. The bag it came in was soaked on bottom from the bowls lid not being on tight enough. Might not be worth the price anymore if this is all they give you.

They have them competitors, but I think they've mastered the formula best of all (though Moe's might give them a run for their money). In particular I love the quesadilla (with carnitas), but the burritos and bowls are also excellent. Everything is quite customizable. Only criticism is the so called "Mexican sodas" are a total gimmick --- twice the price for half the volume, plus you need a bottle opener for them. If you can purchase your drinks elsewhere, then you really can't go wrong with the rest of the menu.
