ordered the Burrito Bowl , for a $20 burrito bowl they were cheap with the ingredients nothing even touches the top of the burrito bowl cover

The Burrito Bowl is not reaching temperature. I had to stop eating my meal due to steak not tasting fresh and cooked all the way. Also the portions did not match portion protocol. Definitely would not order again, if this continues to happen.
Ps. The other half of the Burrito Bowl was turned into a burrito with the Tortilla on the Side
