complete hit or miss. sometimes orders are on point while others we get undercooked crunchy rice or dry inedible chicken. portion size is completely inconsistent as well. some days you get what you paired for while others you get half of what you should. More often than not something is off.

should have been half priced. missed the queso cheese barely any rice or beans. barbacoa was in one chunk. this was the first burrito bowl I've had where the lid was clean of sour cream because there was so little inside.

My wife and I pretty much got the same thing, her bowl is fine, I opened mine up thought and it's like half full. I got one small chunk of carnitas too so that was a ripoff. But really all you guys needed to do was give me more than the tiny bit of rice and beans to fill the bowl up and I would've been happier.

Chips were stale and disgusting! And there was about 1/4 of the normal amount of chips. Quesadilla was burnt.

They have me $6 worth of stale Chips & Queso Blanco. When I called the manager said I had to take it up with door dash and she wasn't going to do anything about it
