I don't like the fact that they have reduced the amount of meat that they put in there and then they charge you for extra and still barely has any meat. Once I paid for all the add-ons, it was not the price shown. If I remember correctly, it was 20+ dollars.

Rice was hard, couldn't eat the bowl because of this. I ordered a vegetarian bowl but there were hardly any beans, it was mostly rice. The meal didn't seem fresh, it wasn't warm.

The "meat" was nonexistent and just pieces of fat and inedible tissue. The chips were already stale and they're charging $8 for 1/4 bag of chips and a side of ranch sized queso. Make it make sense.

Chips were stale, queso tasted old and nasty and had the consistency of jello. Portion of the bowl was minimal

Food was cold & my boyfriends burrito was literally the size of a hot pocket. It was so tiny and for almost $18?! Ridiculous lol
