Best chipotle I've had in a long time. How it's supposed to be made. Whoever made my food tonight seriously great job, usually it's a gamble when you get chipotle over the last couple years. Perfect seasoned Side of Guacamole. Perfectly seasoned carnitas. Everything was fresh.

Burrito was way too over filled with sour cream and my other burrito had exactly no sour cream...and was ordered. The burrito itself tasted entirely of sour cream so it ruined the other flavors, barbacoa, beans, etc sadly.
I don't expect much for Maine, especially since the state has a lack of culture. But, hopefully the staff utilizes correct portions that other stores around the country take pride in the next time.
Will try again, but doubtful.
Tomatillo was quite fresh and good.

I ordered brown rice and queso, and they gave me a table spoon of rice and no queso. This store is always out of ingredients. the quality of the food is always poor.

This is the third time I've been missing items from my burrito bowl. I ordered double carnitas, and received a very small amount, (definitely not a double order), half of which was just a large chunk of fat. I didn't receive the queso I paid for, and once again there were no fajita vegetables. Why offer it if you never fulfill the request? The Bangor Chipotle has some issues going on, the quality and service used to be great. It's not anymore, and seems to keep getting worse.

I always get the Burrito and the food always tastes fresh and delicious. Very filling if you stuff it like I do haha, always enough for one person! I would definitely order from here!
