The food was delicious but the $10 Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco was a handful of chips in a small bag with a small queso. 4 of us got 4 chips each and 1 Tbls of queso. Very disappointed!!! What a waste of money...

I am very disappointed with the food but whats more disappointing, is trying to talk to a person. I called the store, and only got a robot stating I need to go to the website for customer support, to talk to a chatbot stating I needed to talk to door dash. When the food was not made or packaged by the DoorDashdriver. This is something only a kitchen knowing they wouldnt have to face a complaint would serve.
The burrito bowl had all of 5 pieces of chicken, way too much sour cream, and it was like soup it had so much liquid in it. $14 for a pathetic soup is more accurate than a burrito bowl.
Honestly, im making a switch to local restaurants. They value customers, chains do not.

I've been to/ordered from over a dozen chipotles across multiple states (work-related travel) and this was the best bowl I've gotten from any chipotle. In quantity, quality, preparation of ingredients, I am very satisfied and will be ordering from this location whenever chipotle is on my mind. Thank you. Will order again.

Ordered the chicken El pastor burrito bowl. With white rice. Same order for 5 years just spicier chicken. Rice was salty!! They gave me 3-6 pieces of el pastor .... nothing fresh just so disappointed. Has been declining for some time now but this has been the worst! Give me what I pay for!

The food was okay flavor, although I do get a little bit of hard bits in the chicken every so often. The Tortilla on the Side is always nice and warm on arrival as they wrap it with foil. The corn salsa is yummy. The Backstreet Boys are hot and crispy as always.
