Burrito bowls were overly watery and were half filled.
The chips were stale and soggy. You couldn't hold half of them up by a corner without them drooping down.
The food was delivered fast. I doubt any of the issues were correlated with the delivery.
This food is too expensive to be made at this quality.

I always regret ordering from this location, but I try my best to be objective. There was (usually) more rice than anything in the burrito, & much of it was gristle. As much as the place charges, you would think they would have a specific amount & cut of meat required for each dish. 2 or three pieces of chicken every time is ridiculous.

Tortilla on my quesadilla wasn't toasted at all. This is the second time the chips were still raw so they were half crisp and half super chewy and the queso was only half full. For the price they need to do better.

Food was good! Sometimes this location can be a bit inconsistent with freshness or portions but today everything was seasoned well, chicken was good and chips and queso were fresh. My only issue this time was my bowl portion was super small, a bit more sparse than usual

This location always has issues. This last time, it was burnt dry chicken, a 2 to 1 ratio of beans to rice. I had to eat it due to being on lunch break but this will be last time ordering from this location
