they give the smallest portions and are SO stingy with ingredients. it's to the point where they once served me a burrito bowl full of rice with a few pieces of bland, burnt chicken and two shreds of lettuce. this boone chipotle is the only chipotle location i avoid ordering from.

two attempts and zero veggies in my veggie bowl. The first order only had a tiny amount of rice and it had beans (wasn't what I ordered) I was only refunded 5 dollars and this was my second attempt twenty minutes later at full price and the same thing happened again with the exception of a copious amount of sour cream ...no veggies , no cheese and a small amount of rice and a scant amount of corn salsa. Please do better! It is so disappointing !

Burrito bowl was drenched in sauce. It was so hot (spicy) I could not eat it. Also the bowl was about half of the amount of food I would normally receive in the store.

there was barely any fillings in my bowl. the lettuce was stale and brown, and the bowl tasted very bland. it was about half the portion size they would've given me in store.

If you like getting a decent portion, don't order from here, I got what seems like half a Burrito for the price of one.
