This location is consistently terrible, I don't think I have ordered here in over a year & it was just as bad as I remember. I had to pay extra for carnitas, there was less than a tablespoon of meat and most of the bowl was undercooked brown rice. Chips were over salted and stale.

My rice was not fully cooked, i got 3 pieces of chicken in my Burrito Bowl, and stale chip with a spoonful of queso. Defin not worth $25 for a bowl and side.

Worst location on a consistent basis and I can't figure out why. I ordered a $70 build your own bowl with sides for the Super Bowl. When my driver arrived, they hadn't even started on the order so he had to wait over 20 minutes for it (which ultimately made me late for my party). When I received my order, they were missing my guacamole- the most important item especially in my daughter's eyes. They put all the fixings in little soup cups but rather than lids, they secured everything with tinfoil including the salsa and sour cream. Needless to say, there was quite a mess and half of my salsa ended up in the bag. Pure sloppiness and laziness.

Not sure if it is this store or the whole company. Most companies either make product smaller or increase the price. Chipotle did both not making it worth the value any more. I can go sit down at an authentic Mexican restaurant for the same price and higher quality of food!

This is frustrating. I wish there was a way to change chipotle stores. We spent $20 on a single meal, getting extra steak, to then receive a small burrito bowl with a few pieces of steak and what looked like a half serving of chicken. If we go in person, the staff does a fair job maybe because someone is watching. I think this store should stop taking DoorDash orders because they consistently underperform and it feels like a waste of money.
