This is the most disappointed I have been in chipotle. I ordered two Burrito Bowls. My bowl looked like the ingredients had just been thrown in there and was full of rice. The guacamole was browned and looked like it was a day old and had been sitting there a while. Disgusting. The whole bowl was bland and flavorless. My sister's bowl was missing the fajita veggies altogether. How wrong is this?! My husband's burrito was the smallest I have ever seen. His was missing cheese and full of rice as well. This is so wrong. We don't pay to eat two cups of rice. And look at the last picture. What is that ? An old, raggedy cilantro piece or lettuce? I also was supposed to get free Chili Lime Chips. I did not receive this. I have three bags of absolutely bland chips with no salt either. And definitely no chili lime chips. Who is cooking back there? The quality of chipotle is getting worse and worse. Completely lacking in flavor and not at all good value for our hard earned money. I want a refund

They are always well-packaged and stuffed with veggies and meat. Wallet friendly and portion friendly. Strongly recommend!!!

Ordered extra chicken on my burrito bowl. They gave me less than a normal amount. The bowl was filled with mostly guacamole compared to anything. I also ordered a salad which had little to no letuce, pieces of chicken, where I didn't order chicken, and it was full of water. No care was put into the order and will not be ordering from this location again.

I recieved order late, food was cold. The Burrito wasn't great, BARELY any meat, too much rice and beans, poorly wrapped. The Chips & Queso Blanco were bland and didn't taste great, like how do you mess up chips and queso?? NOT great for prices paid, including doordashes bs extra fees. :(
