If I could give zero out of five stars, I would. This is the worst Chipotle EVER! The staff could care less and refuse to fix their mistakes. They're so lazy! Do not waste your money!! Tonight was the last straw for me..I ordered a steak burrito bowl and the container was a quarter of the way full with mostly rice, some improperly cooked steak and a runny glob of sour cream in the corner.

The store has had a redemption arc. I would suggest ordering 3 hours before close because some items may run out. with that being said, the portion of food is amazing. The chicken is well seasoned, and they dont skimp on the sauce. The Side of Guacamole is very brown, which means they should start adding more lemon or making sure the guac is thrown out on time. I got a decent amount of Chips as well but the Guacamole is a disappointing color.

I got the quesadilla , there was only 3 pieces of chicken in it. Also only 2 small slices of the Quesadilla FOR 12 DOLLARS!? Thats such a rip off.

Wrong items put on Burrito, Chips & Fresh Tomato Salsa, got 20 chips. Burrito was thrown together very messy. Opened the wrap & rhe whole thing fell apart. This for $60

My burrito bowl was literally less than half full. It was a delivery order and there was nothing I could do about it. Maybe the store was low on cooked rice. The chips were also stale. They need to do better.
